As a manager of several apartment complexes I had A LOT of old keys. I even contemplated throwing them out, but I didnt. I wanted to incorporate them somehow with my model apartment/leasing office makeover, this is what I came up with! The best part is it barely cost anything! The 3 pk of shadow boxes I got BOGO free when I purchased a frame at Michaels! People that come into my office LOVE it! So proud of my project! =) I figure I should mention that since the keys are heavy that I did two layers of keys (I place them one by one) and then filled the space behind it with paper towels and foam board to fill the gap. It worked perfectly.
